This HiC data combines chromatin localization frequency and RefSeq gene models for a standard reference pediatric neuroblastoma cell line SKNAS. The hg19 genome location is navigable. The intensity of red is proportional to the frequency of association between sites. This demonstration graphic was rendered using GenomePaint. Structural variants and other mutations within the selected defined chromosome location from the SJCloud Pediatric2 cohort are rendered as a new track by selecting the Pediatric2 button.
