Here we demonstrate NetAD data integrated with GenomePaint. Tracks from various Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and reference tracks are displayed, showing the peptide sequence. To navigate to a gene of your choice enter the gene name or chromosomal coordinates in the upper left of the visualization. Currently MAPT, the AD relevant Tau protein, on chr17, which contains a mutation, is shown by default. Peptides from the 6 FT search set and those with novel junctions were not observed in this genomic interval. To see data for all sets simultaneously enter this interval into the navigation box: Chr17:0-81195210. The visualization allows zooming in and out through button controls. Alternatively chromosome locations may be added directly to the navigation box.
