Rare CNS Embryonal Tumors portal: This visualization serves as an adjunct to the St Jude Children's Research Hospital study on Rare CNS Embryonal Tumors and as a resource for the oncology community to explore. Funding was provided by American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities (ALSAC), National Cancer Institute Cancer Center Grant (P30CA021765), St. Jude Comprehensive Cancer Center Developmental Funds, and The Press On Fund link. Within, users can view the data by bar charts, outcome (overall survival and event-free survival), or on a sample matrix. All visualizations are searchable by a dictionary and can be linked to each other to give a multi-dimensional view of the data. A multitude of point-and-click functions are embedded within to facilitate focused searches.
